Previously, hashtags could be an important part of creating a post. With this update, hashtags are now optional.
You can publish your food photos, videos, recipes, and food experiences without adding hashtags.
If you choose to add hashtags, you can add up to 5 relevant hashtags to your post.
This gives you more flexibility when sharing content while keeping the posting experience simple.
Whether you’re sharing a homemade recipe, a restaurant experience, a food video, or something delicious you discovered, you can focus on your content instead of worrying about adding hashtags.
Add Locations to Your Videos
Food and location often go hand in hand.

With the latest Flavorist update, you can now add a location to your videos.
Adding a location gives your food videos more context and helps people discover where the experience took place.
For example, you can share a video from your favorite restaurant, café, bakery, street food spot, or other food destination and include its location.
This makes discovering food places and food experiences more useful for the Flavorist community.
A Better Saved Experience
We’ve also improved the Saved experience in Flavorist.
When you discover something you want to come back to later, saving it is an easy way to keep your favorite food content in one place.
With the new Saved bottom sheet, accessing your saved content is now simpler and more convenient.
